Sunshine was based solely on the need to have a creative outlet. Here, we offer a variety of creative classes and pop-up workshops designed for all ages to engage, inspire and explore your creative mind. We understand that everyone has different abilities and interests- these workshops meet you where you are and allow for exploration to the depth of your desire.

At Sunshine, we believe that art and creativity is a necessary piece to brain development. Using your creative brain contributes to adaptability, problem solving and happiness. Providing that enrichment is where Sunshine & Pepper comes in. Art is therapy. It has no boundaries and every age should be experiencing the benefits of "flexing" your art muscles. So open your mind and continue to challenge yourself.

Our classes and workshops take place in a small cozy atmosphere where creatives will explore many different materials and mediums, challenging your skills and imagination. Sunshine encourages having fun with an emphasis on the process of creating art and standing back and admiring it.

PRINCIPLES OF OUR CREATIVE SPACE
MEET APRIL
April Gagliano is the founder of Sunshine & Pepper. She is a self-taught artist who has and continues to explore a collection of mediums and materials. For the past 22 years she has chosen hair to be her main medium. Being a stylist has only partially fulfilled that need for creativity. Being a parent to five children, has shown her that quality education is of the upmost importance and that encouraged her to expand on what she loves and create that for everyone.

Sunshine has an effect on your day, how you plan it and how you approach your life. For me, sunshine and nature fulfills my soul and makes me feel alive, happy and full of gratitude. Pepper is more of an attitude and symbolizes what you fill your life with. With that said, Sunshine & Pepper was born as a reminder to me to constantly fill days with what fills my cup. I hope you find something within Sunshine & Pepper that will ignite YOUR sunshine.
